The whole controller is made in plastic, with the upper part characterized by a pattern printed evenly and lightly velvety to the touch. Not that this is a defect: those looking for a valid and economical alternative to the classic Joy-Con will find bread for their teeth with an ergonomic handle and equipped with a light non-slip coating on the back. The controller has a proven design, inspired by the Microsoft pad and the Switch Pro Controller itself, and introduces nothing new from this point of view.
